JANUARY 23: DAY OF ACTION FOR WOLVES

*** CALLING ALL ADVOCATES:  DAY OF ACTION FOR WOLVES ***

Now is the time to step up and speak out as a voice for Great Lakes and Wyoming wolves! This could very well be the end game for these wolves. There are no tomorrows, no second chances and no next times. It is absolutely crucial that we all take the time RIGHT NOW to be their voice.

The Senate Bill 164 and House Bill 424 which are headed to the US Senate will delist the wolves of the western Great Lakes Region and the state of Wyoming. THESE BILLS ELIMINATE JUDICIAL REVIEW OF DELISTING THE GREY WOLF IN WYOMING AND THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES REGION, meaning it will take away the check and balance of the three arms of the Federal government by not allowing any legal challenge to the delisting even with the states not fixing their state management plans.

ELIMINATING JUDICIAL REVIEW TAKES AWAY OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT

ACTION

Call your Democratic US Senators and ask them to OPPOSE Senate Bill 164 and House Bill 424 that direct the Secretary of Interior to delist grey wolves in the western Great Lakes Region and the state of Wyoming under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 and eliminate the judicial review of said action.

THIS IS THE END GAME FOR THESE WOLVES. WE NEED EVERY VOICE ON THIS ONE.
