Once again, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking to strip wolves of Endangered Species Act protections in the Great Lakes region and the rest of the lower 48...SPEAK OUT AGAINST THIS MOVE HERE !
The US Fish & Wildlife Service is once again taking steps to remove the gray wolf from the endangered species list. The move comes after a federal appeals court retained federal protections for the species last year.
A number of environmental groups, including the Endangered Species Coalition, want to keep hunters who use packs of dogs out of public lands in Wisconsin, including the state's national forests.
